InTimid Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated by reference into and forms part of the InTimid Terms of Service. It sets out who may use InTimid, what is not allowed, how we respond to violations, and how to report a concern. By using InTimid's Services, you agree to this AUP.

Enforcement is at InTimid's discretion and is calibrated to the severity of the conduct. Depending on the circumstances, InTimid may take one or more of the following actions:

Violations of Section 2 above (trafficking, exploitation, abuse involving minors) result in immediate permanent termination and are not subject to warning or appeal.

6. Reporting a Concern

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this policy, please contact us immediately at support@intimid.net. Include your account information and as much detail as you can provide. We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include contacting law enforcement.

If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) before contacting InTimid.

7. Appeals

If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was made in error, you may request review by emailing support@intimid.net within 30 days of the action. This appeals process does not apply to terminations under Section 2.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Continued use of InTimid after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
